overseeing the devolution of new environmental licenses to local government across Queensland, as the Department of Environment Local Government Liaison Officer
Preparing a doctoral thesis that investigated local government environmental capacity, and articulated the 'local-state antinomy' to explain entrenched misunderstandings between spheres of government
Leading a 5-year project funded by Land & Water Australia on extending outcomes from the National Land and Water Resources Audit to enhance local government environmental capacity. This project has delivered the following products:
